Returns
You may return items within [7–14] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Final sale items, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
